Facilities and Rentals
Located in beautiful Gilbert Park, Allied Arts Center of Yakima boasts a multi-purpose facility. With ample parking, the two-story structure covers over 20,000 square feet. It houses an art gallery, a 210 seat theatre with box office, conference rooms, an arts library, classrooms for performing and visual arts, and reception hall with kitchen.
Consider the possibilities... we can accommodate sizes from small group meetings to corporate functions! Want a unique setting for a workshop or luncheon? Try our art gallery. We offer a conference room and library for groups who prefer a round table format. Our theatre has been the stage for local and national performances, as well as seminars. The reception level is ideal for weddings, anniversaries and other special events. And our classrooms provide lots of space to be creative.
Rental Information
Parking
- Allied ArtsCenter has ample parking and the parking lot has excellent lighting.
Capacity
- The Reception Level has a table seating capacity of 190 and reception capacity of 250 including room for dancing. A banquet permit is required to serve wine and champagne. The park is accessible from the lower level. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the park. Smoking is prohibited inside the building.
Kitchen
- The kitchen consists of a refrigerator, sink, and lots of counter space.
Tables and Chairs
- Available for use are 10 30"x96" rectangular tables and 10 60" round tables as well as chairs for 200 people.
Deposit*
- To reserve the date, a non-refundable deposit is required with the signed contract.
Portable Stage
- A 20'x25' self-contained portable stage is available for rental.
